TKaraoke turns 1 year old this month. That is, TKaraoke first public release was in March, 2008. Statistics show that TKaraoke was downloaded about 5000 times. TKaraoke was used in 68 countries around the world. TKaraoke.com was visited more than 18,000 times by more than 10,000 absolute unique visitors. We are constantly improving TKaraoke and its website www.tkaraoke.com. We are seeing increasing number of people that use TKaraoke. Word-of-mouth is certainly a factor for this. We're looking to expose TKaraoke to more and more people. You can help with this effort too by linking your website to www.tkaraoke.com, publish YouTube video of TKaraoke, and refer your friends. TKaraoke was used in all 50 states of the U.S.A. Below is the top 25 states that use TKaraoke most. This is not surprising as there are lot of Vietnamese living in California and Texas.

Happy birthday!!! :d/ wow only 5000 download. I think this software will hit 20-30k downloads by year end. This software has made so much headway in the past 3 month from 1.1 to 1.2 dual screen and mp3+G were awesome additions. Keep up the good work YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!

I love this software, thank you for all your work. I am finding more enjoyments when sing karaoke than before. NO DISK TO LOAD, NO MORE WAITING FOR THE SONG YOU CAN SING.Good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

kdoweb 15k to 25k downloads in 9 months? This is impossible unless we spend money on Vietnamese TV ads or banner on busy sites. Unless we start taking donations, this is not going to happen! The 5k count reflects some failed downloads by users that can't receive zip files. We limit 1 download per minute per IP to reduce counting error. I would say about 20% of 5k account for "bad downloads." Also, one person might download more than once. There are 23,319 unique downloaders. More than half only downloaded once. There are about 50 active users that download more than 10 times. There are most likely errors in this model since we assume a person IP address never change. This is not true for most of our visitors. When taking this into consideration, there are less unique downloaders and each unique downloaders download more than once. Also, the number of active downloaders are a lot more than 50. I see a lot of Vietnamese sites getting high traffic because they provide (1) porn stuffs or (2) illegal music/movies download. If we provide links to download karaoke files, this site would get a lot more traffic. We avoided going down this path though. We want this site to be as legit as possible and still is useful for the visitors.

Most people discover TKaraoke via Search Engines. Some though, discover via referring sites. While search engines send more and more traffic to us everyday, referring sites are not (see graph below). One way for you to help us out is to post a link on your website to www.tkaraoke.com. This will also get picked up by search engines.
