My pc has a video card with TV output. When I enable dual screen display, the video screen is only shown on the monitor. I can drag the window over to the TV screen but the video itself does not move. Starting over using only single mode, the same problem occurs. It seems the video is stuck in the middle of the screen even though you move the window. Any ideas?

Try upgrade your video card driver to the latest and post back if the problem still occur.

Older lab tops and computer with 512Meg of RAM would result in a slow
or no show video on the second screen. A few people experienced this.
It's not tkaraoke software, it's time to upgrade your computer.

Evolution. Sorry if I misunderstand your post. You are saying you are using the RF output on your video card
for connection to tv? Not sure if the RF work as dual screen mode. At least I don't know how to create
dual screen with this connectin.

If you have graphic card with S-video output, and you have an older tv with S-video, then dual screen should
work fine. Provided you have at least 1GHZ or more of RAM to run your video card. Recomended minimum of
2GHz of RAM. Just my two cents

Thanks for the reply. My system consist of 3ghz core duo, 2 gig, XP, and 512m video card with DVI and S-video. Currently I am using DVI to my TV. I have another pc with similar configuration. The results are the same. The audio portion is working fine.

Here is the original problem. When enabling dual video display. On my monitor I can see the video. When I drag the video screen over to my TV (DVI connection) There is no video. Audio is still playing fine. Moving back and forth I was able to see that the video itself is stuck on the monitor side. Regardless of moving the video window, the video itself would be centered on the screen. It seems that the video is locked.

I have other dual screen enabled software to test my system and they are working fine.

It looks like your computer is powerful enough for TKaraoke. It also sounds like your video card driver is bad. Did you upgrade the driver as I suggested?

For further help, list your version of Windows (XP or Vista) and the video card name. You can get the video card name by looking under "Display Adapters" in Device Manager. While you are at it, right-click on the video card name and select properties. Go to the Driver tab and see who is the "Driver Provider". The Driver Provider shouldn't be Microsoft! The Provider should be the manufacter of your video card like NVIDA or ATI/AMD.

My video card is Radeon HD4550. The firmware is up to date. Running Xp SP3. Here is what I have found so far. If the video is started on the pc screen, and as I drag the video over to the TV side, the video does not move. If I have the video already moved to the TV side, the video plays, which is great. The problem now is when I skip to the next song, the video screen (TV side) minimize and its just a black screen. To get the video to display again, I need to turn off/on the 2nd monitor output option. This problem occurs using the latest version of TK.

Try TKaraoke version 1.2.0.002. This version should fix your video black-screen problem.

There are a few others with this similar "black-screen" problem. Their PCs were old laptops which is why. Your PC seems good enough but not sure why the problem exist for you. I personally see this problem myself on my 5-years old laptop. Even my newer-but-cheaper laptop ($399 Acer) doesn't have this problem.
