Question, I have several ISO (karaoke) files in my PC, is there a way I can convert/extract this out to a single chapter VOB files? Thanks

You typically mount the ISO file and then use SmartRipper to rip into individual vob files. See this tutorial: http://www.tkaraoke.com/forum/tkaraoke_postst331_Huong-dan-tao-nhac-de-hat-tren-TKaraoke-Video.aspx

Like vcdz said, I use Virtual Clone Drive to mount iso files (basically to make it looks like there's another physical dvd drive), then use SmartRipper to rip it to vob. Let me know if you need more info on mounting virtual drive. Hope this helps.
