Hello,
After using Tkaraoke software for a few times, I am truly impressed with the functionality of TKaraoke. New added features, such as the ability to play directly from VIDEO-TS, are making TKaraoke even more impressive. Since the .tkdti file is a simple text file, it is extremely easy to change the song information without rename every karaoke songs. It is also making the distributing of the .tkdti easier, imagine a small zipped file with all the, let's say, Paris By Night Karaoke which allow user adding new songs easier and quicker. Midi karaoke player often separate song into language but I really don't think we need to worry about it .
On the improvement side, the GUI and the control option (remote and keyboard shortcut) can be even better. If TKaraoke can be incorporated/used the XBMC GUI of the Video section, it would be wonderful. Currently, I have a Mac Mini running Mac OS with XBMC, Hulu Desktop, ZeeVee and they are wonderfully worked with the Apple Remote. However, if I want to play karaoke, I would reboot the machine to Windows and use Tkaraoke. The setup works really good, but cumbersome with the reboot and the remote control. Apple remote only has 6 buttons, but with the OSD GUI of XBMC, its function is quite sufficient. I recommend Mac Mini as a HTPC. I realized not everyone has a Mac so develop the software for MAC would not be a high priority. I just hope that TKaraoke for Mac would be available before my Window 7 RC license run out.
Thank you very much for a great software.

We received about 5 requests total in private email (via the ContactUs page) to support MAC. Just a heads up, currently, there is no known plan to support MAC yet.
