It seems that since there is no stop button, when you pause or just exit out of software, the song continues on playing the next time you restart. Can you add a stop button or make the software stop the song completely when exiting.
Thanks

agree.
Although I believe it has to do with the "current song" and "song in the queue"... and the feature that tKaraoke will automatically start singing if there is... So, I think we should address...
* when tKaraoke exit... what to do with the "current" song? * when tKaraoke starts... what shoud it does to the song in queue?

Oh! Râu quên nói...
Với Video_TS folder... sometimes.. there was a bad track/header... tKaraoke takes long time to rtry...
the only way.. out is to wait out until tKaraoke gives up trying...
If user terminate tKaraoke... on the restart... tKaraoke will attemp to play that BAD track again <=== annoying.

Assigning a remote button to clear out all songs in the queue is doable but might be a party crasher if someone accidentially clear out everyone's songs in the queue! Can't you right-click on the song queue and select "Remove all Songs" before you exit? See this post about the party crasher :) http://www.tkaraoke.com/forum/tkaraoke_postst311_How-to-use-the-Remote-Control-with-TKaraoke.aspx

we talk about (a) current song and (b) song(s) in queue. I prefer.. the current one to end when tKaraoke exist == if user exit tKaraoke (or kill) tKaraoke - the current playing/reading/trying.. (no longer in song queue) - should be clear. So that when I restart tKaraoke, it won't re-try this song (could be a trouble one that whay I exit/kill tkaraoke) == For song queue: I'm thinking of... NOT start playing existing song in queue when tKaraoke starts (pause mode?) wait until user click on the play... This way the user has the chance to continue playing or clear the queue. == my 2 cents :)

On version 1.4.0.053 or later, when TKaraoke starts up, if you hold down the Control key on the keyboard, the last playing song will not be restored. All the songs in the queue in the last run will also be cleared. Instead of holding down the Control key, you can also press and hold both left and right mouse buttons to do the same thing.

Developers usually can't release any product because the build process is complicated (it's not just an exe that you can pass around). The stuffs that developers produce has to go through an "anti-hack" process that decrypt and make the final distributable exe very hard to read by a human - only computers can read. It should be released tonight, I think.
