Any recommendations for a good laptop that can handle Dual Screens (Clone and Extended Desktop Modes) for Karaoke purposes. Thanks.

I got a cheapy Acer laptop that I bought for $450. This one has an Intel built-in video card (as most cheap laptops do). It works fine in dual screen mode. If you have more budget, try to get a laptop with a dedicated video card (not shared memory with System RAM) with a brand name like Nvidia or Ati. A laptop with HDMI output is super.
The next level up laptop would be one with a brand name audio card. Most laptop don't come with brand name audio card. The one that has good audio card is usually higher end (cost more than $1000). I would go with a Creative Labs audio card.

Thank you for the info - Can your Acer handle dual screens in extended desktop mode? What model is your Acer? In conjunction my othe light-weight applications, I need a laptop with the capability of dual screens (extended desktop mode) to take with me to friends' parties to show off TKaraoke. You are right - "Creative Labs Audio" would be a big plus!

I just picked up a Lenovo laptop (model G530) - 15.4", Pentium DC 2.0GHz, 2GB RAM, 160GB HD, Intel Mobile Graphic card, Web Cam, DVD-RW DL. This one is on sale at Frys for $329. I didn't configure it with dual monitors mode (couldn't find the VGA to DVI/HDMI adaptor). I did ran TKaraoke on it in dual-monitor mode and there is no glitch at all. Everything seems to work flawlessly. I would say this laptop is the lower end laptop and TKaraoke runs without any issue.
