Dear programmer,
Does any way that you can add Equalizer for Tkaraoke, I've seen VLC Player had it, but Tkaraoke did not, it would be very nice if Tkaraoke has one, to help some one had cheap sound card..Thanks for your help

equalizing will be better on the mixer instead of using tkaraoke or software. You can get a semi-pro mixer with 7-10 bands equalizer built-in to use with tkaraoke. I use this one personally http://www.music123.com/Behringer-Eurorack-UB1222FX-PRO-Mixer-631229-i1153472.Music123

I agree with Wanker regarding hardware equalizer. I also have a "Behringer-Eurorack-UB1222FX-PRO-Mixer" and am very happy using it for my friend's band (live music) - It does offer quite a lot for the money. I don't use it for Karaoke at all because it was not designed for the purpose. Besides it has too many functions/controls that would be too difficult for home Karaoke while you only want to have a good time singing (or sreaming into the Microphones) :).

For my home set up, I use this one http://www.karaokewh.com/item_details.cfm/ProdID/9058-karaoke.html for $140.00. Except for key/pitch control and reverb, it has most of the features that one would need for a decent Karaoke mixer including two 7-band equalizers. This unit is very simple to use and I am very happy with it. Regards.

My DITECH amplifier has a built-in Equalizer. I don't feel the need to use it at all on today's karaoke. Today's karaoke are recorded good the way it is already - adding EQ effect might make it worst! Do you guys still use EQ?

I found that EQs are really helpful in tuning the instruments and vocals to your taste, your room layout (accoustically) and Karaoke set up. They also minimize feedbacks.

I use the VocoPro DA-1055 Karaoke Mixer and and love the two built-in EQs.

yes, most new karaoke DVDs like Asia or PBNK does have good EQ already and additional EQ won't be needed but those oldies like Usingalong, PhuongHoangK, langVanK...or karaoke DVD from Vietnam does need additional EQ to fine tune cause otherwise they just sound like crap ? :).
