I just bought this remote from buy.com http://www.buy.com/prod/remote-control-with-receiver-for-windows-mce-media-center-xp-vista-pc/q/loc/101/207906309.html to use with tkaraoke but the number keys, # and * key will not response with Tkaraoke for queuing songs. Could you plz add support for this remote ?.

We don't have this remote to test it out. It will be difficult for us to fix without knowing what kind of command each button sent out. What brand name is it?
Something that you can try out and let us know:
1. Open up notepad and put the cursor inside the document.
2. Record what character you see when pressing (1 to 9, #, and *).

its ORtek product, specs link http://www.ortek.com/prod_detail.asp?pid=127&cname=Mobility%3E%3ERemote%20Control%3E%3EVRC-1100&ppid=103&id=140when pressing 0-9, * # in notepad its outputting exactly 0123456789*# . My other firefly remote does the same thing but this ORteck remote won't register button 0-9, * and # in Tkaraoke . Thanks for your quick response.

Yes, my other firefly remote works ok with Tkaraoke but it doesn't have the * and # button to use for audio channel switch, so I went and bought this ORtek remote with all the buttons to use with Tkaraoke.

I'm not sure why that would happen. I can fix it for you if I have that particular remote. How much does it cost?

I have an IMON remote when comes with my PC Case. The play forward, rewind, pause does not work in Tkaraoke. Anybody with using Imon remote?
