I was running v1.4.0.076 and it worked fine. I upgraded to 1.4.0.080, it ran ok for few times. Then, it crashed whenever I opened the Tkaraoke application, after it finished loading up the files. I couldn't remember the exact error message, but it said something like...there was a critical error...sorry for the problem...the index out of range...
I had to downgraded to v1.4.0.076, which is working fine now.
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, on AMD Dual-Core M300 2.00GHz HP laptop.

Try the following: 1. Uninstall TKaraoke 2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TSofts\TKaraoke\ and remove the folder "UserData" if it exist. 3. Go to C:\Program Files\TSofts\TKaraoke\ and remove the folder "UserData" if it exist. 4. Reinstall the latest version.

I followed your instructions and it worked!
However, when i closed the program, i got this message:
Error saving program's state. Your changes will not be saved! Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
I have 1600 songs, btw.
Thanks.

Thanks. Something is wrong with your laptop. Try it on another computer. Send the Settings.dat file (inside the UserData directory above) to me using email support [at] tkaraoke.com.
