Trying to use the numberpad to pull up the bring up the "Enter Song Number" dialog but it doesn't work. Have the num lock on but doesn't work. Is anyone having the same issue?

I think you need to hit the number 1 first before you can type the song number. check the manual under the remote section for all other keys and options. http://www.tkaraoke.com/quickGuide.aspxkdoweb

which i did... the numbers on the top row of the keyboard works but no the number pad. the numberpad works in the search box when you want to search for the title but it doesn't work to bring up the "Enter Song Number " dialog.
When I go into a word processor and press the "1" key on the keypad it works. Same for my media remote the numbers dont work in Tkaraoke but it works in my word processor so it must be mapped to the numberpad as well.

Maybe the keyboard hook for the number pad and the row on top of the keyboard are different. why do you need the number pad? why not use the mce remote? kdoweb

Hi I'm using a media remote, brand name "Adesso." It seems that this remote is not real compatible with tKaraoke. The only button that works with tKaraoke is the "Enter" and the "Thumb Pad" on the remote. Does tKaraoke support only certain brand name remotes? Hate to buy another remote just for tKaraoke!
