I used Tkaraoke version 1.3.0.026, when I Add song, I got this error:

System.IO.IOException: The device is not ready.
...
Would anybody know why or how to fix this?

The next stable release should fix this error. For now, try this:
1. File-->Clear Songs
2. File-->Add Songs
