Please have a different background or default clips playing in the background while playing cdg+mp3g files. black looks boring.

Please implement away to have at least 2 separate catalogs (or something similar I dónt know how this works) so that we can have 2 different líst of songs, one for vietnamese, one for English for example. right now viet and english songs got mixed in the líst and it is confusing, would be nice to have a way to separate them, like index all the Viet songs on top (small numbers) and English at the bottom (lảrger numbers).

Also, please leave support for cdg + mp3g files, even when they're no in zip files, right now Tkaraoke cannot index them if they're not in a zip. I don't mind manually zipping them, but all the free tools out there have viruses like "Mp3g to zip" and many others that I found.

Please excuse my ignorant if these features are already implemented. Please show me how to use those features. Thanks.

MP3+G files define their own background image(s) as part of the file. TKaraoke doesn't control which background image to display and hence can't replace it. Maybe in the future we can mask out the background image. This is a lot harder to do. A lot of people thanks MP3+G is like KAR with mp3 and lyric on top but that's not true.

Request added to the request list.

You should be able to find a virus-free tool to do this. If you really can't, post back and request us to add this feature into TKT.

Thanks vcdz382, this software is still the best regardless of all the minor features that have not been implemented.

If you look at Karafun karaoke software (free), it plays mp3+g with different backgrounds and clips, which is a nice addition. It would be nice if you can implement this. Of course it's easier said than done. We still appreciate what you guys have brought to us. Just wanna say thanks again.

That's is an interesting point. We'll look into it. How many of you are using TKaraoke for mp3+g?

Please also make tkaraoke to allow entering number greater than 4 digits, it does not allow entering number higher than 9999, so if you have 10,000+ songs, you cannot select those song using the remote.

Please also allow tkaraoke to have an option to delete all those duplicate songs.

Thanks.

You have more than 9999 songs right now?

TKaraoke already support this. See this: How to detect duplicate songs.

- Yes, I have more than 9999 songs right now because I also have English songs, which is the reason why I requested the additional features listed above in the first post. This brings up another interesting question. When Tkaraoke generates the song catalog, what criteria does it use to assign a specific number to a song? In other words, which songs get to be assigned a number first? Is it random or is it based on the order of when the songs are added to the list? I've tried to add English songs first then Vietnamese and vice versa, but the English songs always gets the lowest numbers first.

TKaraoke will assign the number based on the alphabetical order of the folder (full path) containing the songs. The order you add doesn't matter. So if you put your English songs in D:\Karaoke\English\ and Vietnamese songs in D:\Karaoke\Vietnamese\, the English songs should have smaller song numbers.

Well, mp3+g is not that good because the text are made with low quality graphics. mp3+lrc is way better. I'd say it is better the vob or mkv. I am using walaoke now and that software allow me to using to own video ground. I can still use mpeg2 video and the text is render on the fly so it actually looks better. You should take a look. Oh they also play mp3+g on top of video so it it probably not that hard to program.

This is their website. www.walasoft.com

TKaraoke (and all others) plays song from the Queue Section in the top-down order (or random). Right click the mouse button on the Queued list will give you more options what to do. If you want to delete (remove) a song from the Queued list, just hight light the song then press the Delete key on you computer keyboard without effecting your hard drive contents.

Who make mp3/lrc files and where can we get a sample file?
