Can tkaraoke play vcd
if yes how do u rip out vcd to chapterto add in tkaraoke?

TKaraoke can't play directly from a VCD. However, if you rip the VCD into mpeg files, TKaraoke can play mpeg files. See this post for help on ripping VCDs to files: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/7033
