First of, I wanna thank you for putting such an excellent program together. I've been looking for this for a while and obviously TK is the best solution.
Now, to my questions:
1. I've set up my HTPC with a 19" monitor in my study room as a primary, and a 50" Plasma in my living room as a secondary monitor. With this setup, I would need TK to be on the secondary monitor (Plasma TV) when launched. However, it always shows up on the primary monitor. Is there a way or short cut to force TK to automatically launch on the second monitor? or perhaps remember the last window position?
2. I hooked up the PC to a karaoke mixer and an amplifier to watch movies and play karaoke through a lound speaker system. However, by default, TK seems to output lounder than other programs such as MCE, Media Player, etc. subsequently will distort the sound significantly. I overcome this issue by turning the master and music volumes in TK down to approx. 67%. However, every time I start TK, it resets itself to 100%. Is there a work around for this? or perhaps it TK can remember the last setting?
3. When playing TK on the full screen mode, there's still a task bar consists of transport keys (skip forward, pause, replay) and other stuff along the top. Is there anyway to auto hide this bar? The plasma tv seems to get burn-in real quick if this bar stays there for a while.
Really appreciate your attention to these matters. Once again, great product.

You can overcome (3) by enabling Dual-Monitor mode. Check "Enable Dual-Monitors Mode" from the Options menu.
In (2), the Master Volume is your Windows's Master volume. You shouldn't have to set it to 67%. Any program running on your Windows will share the Master volume of Windows. Perhaps you should re-adjust your amplifier volumes after setting your Windows master volume to about 90%. The Music Volume is internal to TKaraoke (not a shared volume like Master). 100% means neutral (no amplification). I'm surprised other programs play smaller sound (assuming your Master Volume is fixed at 90%). I'll add a request to remember the Music Volume across runs.
(1) --> request added.

Thanks for getting on these issues so quickly. I've found some work arounds and while it has not completely solved the problems, it has certainly improved WAF significantly. Basically, I used UtraMon to move TK to the secondary monitor upon launch, so that would take care of No. 1 above (however, a native support of this feature would be the best, and thanks for adding that on your list.) I've also wrote a short script in AutoHotkey to simulate Ctrl+Enter to maximize TK after the move, so it helps to remove the top bar with the close X button, but still have the tool bar with transport buttons on it.
If I could suggest something here, perhaps you may want to consider relocating this tool bar to within the song selection window, where the KaraokeDJ can access all the time with a mouse, instead of along the top of the video window, where nothing but the video itself should be visible.
I've tried the Dual screen mode, however, it didn't work quite right for a HTPC setup with only one monitor visible at a time. The video window is all over the place, and it's pretty hard to predict where it will land (sometime being attached to the right side of the song selection window, and some other times, it could not be found it anywhere...) This feature would definitely work very well for KaraDJ who can see both screen at the same time and have access to a mouse (and I respect your effort in providing this feature)
I am still playing with the volume issue. Hope I will find a work around for this, eventually. Thanks
