Just a Note:
After rip Tinh Platinum 13 - Bờ Bến Lạ thành *.vob Use the "Add Song" Function to add this folder.... Song comes into the tK list with "?" in the "Đĩa" Colum.
==
Clear song and Add Song... tK fills the right info.
===
my guess... because the *.tksns does not present in a folder, the tK assume the default of "author - singer - song".... ... my "Album - singer - song" tksns is on the upper folder.. ... This is... rare so consider it's a "note", not an issue :)

in dual screen display, I'm looking at the tKaraoke Main Window in the Notebook - NOT the big screen...
Flashing this message on the big screen does not help me "the operator" (to toggle the audio track) but may annoy the viewers... (sorry to say this :)
Can you list all the possible messages that you don't want to appear on the 2nd monitor (video window)? I have so far: 1. Audio Track Info 2. Song Info 3. Volume Info

@v382, I tried the v047... the DVD Listing for none tkdti Video_TS folder is back. Thanks.
===
I noticed... when I:
a. changed/toggled the audio track then, b. press of the "double back arrow" to replay the video at the beginning of the track/song -----> tKaraoke also reset to the default track - I must toggle the audio again.
I think in this scenario... it is better to replay the video but keep the current (whatever selected). Just a thought.

Yea, keeping the audio track state would be nice. It will be done when we get to the "audio track" part. Basically the user can provide the audio track preference per DVD.
So how many DVDs were you able to use the tkdti to specify the track info? Any of them has the Skip right in the middle? Any more bug related to tkdti? I'll release a stable release if there is no more pending bugs.

I'll release a stable release if there is no more pending bugs. The other night, I used v.047 mostly in playback mode. I have not tried it against some of the DVDs that v.045 did not provide a listing (with *.tdkti presented) .... Give me some more time.. I'm upgrading my PC from Windows 7 RC to Release... can't do much.

This is strange. I can not get it to work. I installed version 47. Got the tkdti file inside the VIDEO_TS folder, then outside the VIDEO_TS folder, but it is listing only Bai so 1, Bai so 2, etc... but not the actual title. Did I miss something?
The file Asia 16.tkdti included....
.Skip Asia 16_01 - Trish Thùy Trang - The Year Of The Dragon Asia 16_02 - Thanh Lan - Hoa Soan Bên Thềm Cũ Asia 16_03 - Lâm Nhật Tiến - Sẽ Hơn Bao Giờ Hết Asia 16_04 - Hoàng Oanh - Xin Thời Gian Qua Mau Asia 16_05 - Duy Quang - Ngậm Ngùi Asia 16_06 - Khánh Hà - Bài Không Tên Số 37 Asia 16_07 - Thanh Trúc - Chỉ Là Giấc Mơ Asia 16_08 - Chế Linh & Thanh Tuyền - Liên Khúc Asia 16_09 - Tuấn Ngọc - Tưởng Niệm Asia 16_10 - Diệp Thanh Thanh - Gởi Ah Asia 16_11 - Trường Vũ - Rừng Lá Thấp Asia 16_12 - Vũ Tuấn Đức - Niềm Cô Ðơn Cuối Cùng Asia 16_13 - Lệ Thu - Bản Tình Cuối Asia 16_14 - Elvis Phương - Liên Khúc Phượng Hoàng Asia 16_15 - Việt Dzũng - Một Chút Quà Cho Quê Hương Asia 16_16 - Shayla - Welcome To Little Saigon Asia 16_17 - Lê Tâm - I'd Play A Fool Asia 16_18 - Lê Uyên - Liên Khúc Lê Uyên Phuơng Asia 16_19 - Chế Phương - Xin Em Đừng Quên Asia 16_20 - Lâm Thúy Vân - Thà Rằng Anh Nói Asia 16_21 - Gia Huy - Tình Thôi Xót Xa Asia 16_22 - Bảo Tuấn - Năm 2000 Asia 16_23 - Hợp Ca - Hẹn Nhau Năm 2000

The tkdti file should stay outside the VIDEO_TS folder, not inside. Try removing it (both outside and inside). Then Clear/Add song to add in your song folder. Pay attention to how many tracks TKaraoke detect (Bai So 01, ... Bai So x). X must match your tkdti file (In this example, it's 23+1 = 24 tracks). If your X is not 24, your tkdti file is not valid so TKaraoke skip over as if it isn't there.

@v382,
your v047... makes me happy :houray: reinstalled and ran ona fresh win7RTM installation.
With the "bài số ##"... I was able to see that a good number of the DVD scan... picked up the xtra clips, ads, etc....
I was able to click from tKaraoke to play the ckip... to tell... how many ".skip" (and where) I need to add to the *.tkdti file :yeh....: ... once the number of entries in the tkdti file sync'ed with the # of clip tKaraoke sees in the DVD... the song info is shown :yes:
There remains a small number of DVDs which refuse to work with tKaraoke. I'll classify them and report at a later time.
For now, I would say v047... pretty cool. Please let others enjoy its cool feature. too :)
Thanksv382 for doing this... and quick, too.
Good night.

FYI...
Khi làm Song list (*.tkdti) for "Tình Platinum"... I was accidentally left "tab" and "space" at the end of a couple entries...
this prevents tKaraoke in parsing the entries => ignore the folder!
Note that when there is no *.tkdti file... tKaraoke parse the DVD okie.
Check to make sure there is no "tab"/"Space" at end of each entry if it does not list the songs.

Can you attach the VIDEO_TS.ifo and your tkdti file that caused TKaraoke to skip?

I can but I don't think it the ifo :)
I believe It's the code that parsse the *.tkdti... and when there are non-printable characters (tab, space, linefeed?... whatever...) at end of "Album - Singer - Song Name" line then it may treat as additional line...
Therefore, cause the total entry count out of sync with the # of tracks it detects correctly from DVD.
It happened maybe because I cut/pasted the song list from other website and then modified...
Don't worry, I susggest.
===
I've saved about 10 DVDs (non-standard you may say :)) .... that tKaraoke either not seeing at all.... see... only 1 track... or just first 5, 6 tracks.... Give me some time to... double check the symptom, document it and report...
Although I don't think it's worthy to modify the code to work for these DVD but may be worthy for the tech to know what it is... :)
More later.

It should ignore any white space (tab included). I need both the ifo and the tkdti files to see what's going on.

Sorry, I'm a little slow, but how does this feature work? Do I have to rename the VIDEO_TS folder in any way? I just choose add song and directed to the VIDEO_TS folder and it still so bai so 1....bai so 2 etc. How do I get it to show the actual name instead?
