1. Put your VIDEO_TS folder inside a folder called X (for example C:\X\VIDEO_TS).
2. Create a file called DISC_NAME.tkdti and copy it to C:\X\DISC_NAME.tkdti
3. Edit the DISC_NAME.tkdti file with Notepad and copy in the track info
Make sure your tkdti file ends with .tkdti (for example "PBNK 63.tkdti" and not "PBNK 63.tkdti.txt").

But when I load the folder into tkaraoke...it say DVD_Tinh_Say, Bai So 1 etc....

Make sure the tkdti has x lines where x matched the number of song TKaraoke detect (Bai So 1, Bai So 2, ..., Bai So x). In this case, how many track did TKaraoke detect in this "Tinh Say" disc? It would be 21 for TKaraoke to pickup this tkdti file.

Tkaraoke detected 22 songs, so how to I write tkdti file?

I understand about editing with notpad. I mean how do I get it to read the name of the song? what so my tkdti file look like?

You need to add one more line into the dkdti file. Play your disc with TKaraoke to find out which one is the extra track. If it's something you don't want (copyright info or ad track), put a ".skip" there to ignore this track.
